Client Manager - (Customer Manager )
An international group of innovative real estate industry is interested in new markets in the EU and, therefore, opens a few offices in Belgium.
Brief description of the mission:
Your main mission is to lead customer records in your care, making sure that the project proceeds according to the methodology proposed and accepted by the client.
Trying to anticipate and validate technical aspects, you advise the client on the practicability and you inform him regularly on the progress of his case.
A true ambassador of the customer within the agency, you are the interface between different services.
Representing the voice of the customer internally, you are able to brief the team and you demonstrate initiative and conviction in order to fulfill the specifications offering possible alternative solutions.
The salary is according to age and degree.

Candidate Profile:
Having a higher education, you have at least minimum experience in a similar position.
Being the force of proposal, you are the guarantor in terms of quality, time and costs of services requested by the customer.
