We are looking for a Chef de Partie/Cuisinier to run our French Bistro restaurant within the Sheraton Great Wall in Beijing.
The restaurant has 40 seats and you will be working with a commis. The food served is Bistro/brasserie traditional French.
Salary is around 1000 Euro net per month (Chinese RMB 9000) including, room & board, laundry, medical insurance, air fare from France to Beijing and air fare from Beijing back to France after one year of service. Contract will be CDI and start date will be August 20th.
