Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in over 30 countries, our highly qualified engineers assume all the corporate IT departments’ functions.
Our core activities are the strength of our company:

- Managing IT infrastructure projects at the cutting edge of technology: Auditing of infrastructure, consulting, design, implementation, maintenance, training, externalized IT management (strategy, HR, coaching).

- Delivering IT as a service by providing an all-in-one package that includes hardware, software and IT services:
NGIT- Managed Services

- Having been software publisher for the event management software B-Com for more than 5 years.

- Involving in the complete life cycle development of vertical business solutions and specific applications.

Today, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant / Office Manager to expand our business in Switzerland.

Missions

Marketing and Sales(60%):

- Definition, design and production of marketing materials on various media (web, PowerPoint, flyers…)
- Production of written material related to our activities
- Updating of the corporate web site
- Support sales force through targeted marketing campaigns
- Organization of trade fairs
- Cold calling, opening new accounts
- Sales leads follow up

Administration (40%):

- Provide extensive calendar management (schedule & maintain all calendar items)
- Meeting rooms management and meeting scheduling
- Making appointments
- Manage correspondence
- Filing and various administrative tasks
- Office management: facilities management and procurement
- Front desk (reception) and telephone calls handling and screening
- Coordinate travel arrangements including: visa applications, booking flights, accommodation

Profile

This position is ideal for a dynamic person with relevant experience and who wants to work in a challenging and international environment.

- Commercial CFC, professional college diploma, FCPM, similar or higher education
- A first experience as a personal assistant
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken (German a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Writing and editing ease in French and English
- At ease and interested in the field of Information Technology, IT infrastructure, software development, solutions and services.
- Fluency with web tools: updating content and maintenance of websites
- Good structured and synthetic approach, flexible, autonomous and good team player
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Swiss or European nationality, B, C, G work permit
