- Having been software publisher for the event management software B-Com for more than 5 years.
- Involving in the complete life cycle development of vertical business solutions and specific applications.
Our IT infrastructure department consists of three teams working closely:
· Support: Our team solves IT problems within our client’s infrastructures, by being the direct point of contact for technical and non-technical user.
· IT Project: Our engineers work on integration of new technologies/solutions
· IT Operations: Our multidisciplinary engineers manage IT infrastructures and may occupy managerial position within our customers
Now, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer, Deputy IT Director.
Missions
“End to end" involvement in global infrastructure design and integration for our clients in all kinds of business environments:
- Assisting our IT Director in managing the IT team and projects
- Technology watch
- Audit
- Project Management related to design, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructures and network solutions
- Integrating new technologies into existing client’s infrastructure
- Supervising and providing technical trainings to our team : new solutions, skills transfer
Profile
- University or polytechnic master in Computer Science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication
- 5 - 8 years’ experience as System engineer
- First successful professional experience in People Management
- Mental agility to offer our customers solutions tailored to their needs
- Effective multidisciplinary technical skills (design and implementation) in the fields of computer and network
- High ability to analyze and understand IT issues to propose adequate technical solutions
- Structured and synthetic approach
- Passionate with the deep will to gain solid experience and improve your technical and management background.
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with colleagues and clients
- Perfect command of French and English : spoken and written, technical and common
- Flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate
- Swiss or European nationality, B, C, G work permit
