Job:
As a Team Leader customer service, you will be working in the Customer Contact Center and reporting to Customer Service Manager. Your objective will be to motivate and Lead the customer service Team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead and support your team (aprox. 15 people)
-Resolve escalated guest queries effectively
-Identify, assess, and resolve performance issues with team members
-Effectively manage conflicts and change with positive results
-Analyze, plan, organize, control and troubleshoot work activities and processes
-Build a strong sense of purpose and engage the team to work together to achieve the goals
-Identify areas of improvement and act upon
Requirements:
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-Excellent level of English plus another European language
-Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience:
-Experience within a customer support services or customer-facing role (minimum 2 years)
-Experienced with internet and travel industry
-Extended Call Centre Experience
-Previous management experience in an international organization
-Experience in hotel/travel industry is a plus
